Powder Coating + Liquid Painting Line for KOFFMANN Steel Door Factory

KIEUAN has completed an electrostatic powder coating and liquid painting line for the KOFFMANN Vietnam steel door factory in Industrial Park No. 5, Hung Yen. The project ran in 2 phases from April 2025 to May 2026, delivered turnkey: design, in-house manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operator training.

Workshop before installation (Apr 2025)

Phase 1 – Ground-floor powder line (2025)

Powder booth with 2-stage Cyclone + Filter recovery, curing oven, overhead rail and control cabinets; accepted before operation on 30 May 2025.

Phase 2 – Second-floor expansion for 5D doors (2025–2026)

• 9 m automatic powder coating booth with 2-stage Cyclone + Filter recovery
• 2 water-curtain liquid spray booths with inverter-controlled exhaust fans
• 3 electric curing ovens up to 220°C, 100 mm glass-wool panels
• 2 lane-transfer frames 32 m long, 60 hanger bars (100 kg each)
• Oven rails with pneumatic locking pins
