Product Description

The heating elements are housed in a heater box separated from the curing chamber. A recirculation fan draws air through the heater box and blows it into the chamber through ducts with flow-control dampers, so parts are not exposed to direct radiation from the elements. This gives highly uniform temperature and a clean coating surface, suitable for powder and liquid paints that need a high-quality finish.

Features:

• 3-layer panel body: 100 mm glass wool at 100 kg/m³, 0.75 mm galvanized steel inner skin, 0.45 mm pre-painted steel outer skin.
• Dedicated heat-resistant recirculation fan; 1 mm galvanized hot-air ducts with adjustable outlets.
• Automatic temperature control panel with Korean/Japanese switchgear and controllers; heating is cut if the recirculation fan fails.
• Mobile version available: wheeled base and geared motor, so one oven can serve several spray booths in turn.
