Product Description

The continuous curing tunnel sits on the overhead conveyor line; parts pass through at constant speed to dry off water after pretreatment or to cure powder, liquid or electrophoretic (ED) coatings. The gas burner fires in a separate combustion chamber, and recirculation fans deliver hot air into the tunnel through distribution ducts, keeping the temperature even along its length.

Features:

• Automatic gas burner imported from Europe, complete with valve train, pressure regulator and gas safety devices.
• U-shaped, Π-shaped or straight tunnel; air curtains at the entry and exit reduce heat loss.
• Automatic temperature control panel (Omron controllers) for the recirculation fans and roof exhaust fan; whole-system emergency stop if a recirculation fan fails.
• Exhaust can be connected to a gas treatment tower (activated carbon) to meet environmental standards.
