Product Description

The electric continuous curing tunnel has the same tunnel structure and chain conveyor as the gas-fired version, but heat comes from electric element banks inside a heater box. Recirculation fans pass hot air over the elements and distribute it evenly into the tunnel. No combustion gases are produced and no gas permits or infrastructure are needed, making it suitable for medium-capacity lines or industrial parks that restrict gas use.

Features:

• Heating elements split into several stages, switched by temperature to save energy once the set point is reached.
• PID temperature control with SCR or contactors, keeping temperature stable around the set point.
• Tunnel body of 100 mm glass-wool panels; galvanized hot-air ducts with flow-control dampers.
• Independent over-temperature protection; heating is cut if the recirculation fan stops.
