KIEU AN supplies burners and spare parts for paint curing ovens and tunnels, both those built by KIEU AN and by other suppliers. Our technicians survey the site, select the right burner capacity, carry out replacement, tune the gas–air ratio and train operators at the plant.

Supply range:

• Automatic gas burners from Riello and other European makers, as complete sets or burner bodies only.
• Ceramic infrared gas burner plates in various sizes.
• Ignition controllers, ignition electrodes, flame sensors, gas solenoid valves, pressure regulators.
• Oven temperature control panels: Omron controllers, MCCBs, contactors, push buttons, indicator lamps.
• Recirculation fans and roof exhaust fans rated up to 250 °C.

Services: periodic maintenance, repair, upgrading tunnels to reduce heat loss, fuel conversion (gas ↔ electric).
