The infrared lamp curing oven uses 1,000 W IR lamps with metal reflectors that radiate heat directly onto the product surface. Heat goes straight into the coating, so the oven heats up quickly and uses less energy than convection curing for thin, flat parts. KIEU AN has built infrared curing ovens since 2013, either as double-door cabinets or as IR zones installed on a conveyor line.
