1. ELECTRICAL PAINT SPRAY CAMERA BY FILTER :
ADVANTAGES : High efficiency of powder recovery for reuse , up to over 98% . CONS: Difficult to clean when changing color, easy to mix paint. The filter must be replaced when the filter no longer meets the filter criteria.
The paint chamber has a structure consisting of two main parts, the body of the paint spray chamber and the paint dust collector with the first-level filter filters to separate the dust in the form of a tube. - The body of the spray booth will have to be sized to accommodate the products to be painted. - The paint powder suction and recovery unit must be selected with a capacity suitable for the size of the body of the spray booth. If the body of the paint spray booth is large, but the suction unit is small, it will lead to insufficient suction air, causing paint dust to fly out and pollute the surrounding area.
2. CYCLONE ELECTRICAL ELECTRICAL PAINT SPRAY CAUSE BY CYCLONE :
ADVANTAGE : Cleaning when changing colors very quickly. Cyclone filter has a steel construction so it has a long service life without having to be replaced. CONS: The yield of powder for reuse is not high, only 90~95%. It is easy to cause dust pollution to the surrounding environment when there are no additional 2/3 dust filter levels behind.
